Marv Landon
Marvin Landon

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Landon, founded FDSI Logistics in 1985 and is the driving force behind the success of FDSI and its many client-partners. His ability to work with people and organizations has positioned FDSI as an internationally recognized third-party logistics provider at the vanguard of the industry.

Prior to founding and developing FDSI, Mr. Landon was founder and president of his own executive recruiting firm with multiple locations throughout California and Arizona. With a staff of more than 75, Mr. Landon provided executives to major corporations nationwide.

Previously, Mr. Landon was in the automotive after-market industry, involved in marketing and manufacturing for nationwide distribution.

David Kolchins
David Kolchins


As FDSI Logistics President, David is responsible for FDSI’s day-to-day-operations. David also leads the company’s ongoing strategic efforts to deliver products and services that support the evolving supply chains of our customers. He formerly served as CFO of FDSI from 2010 – 2013.

Prior to joining FDSI, David managed consulting practices serving the High Technology, Medical Devices, Entertainment and Agriculture industries. He has deep expertise in developing teams that deliver client satisfaction, cost savings and supply chain efficiencies through innovation, technology and process improvement. A veteran of Price Waterhouse Consulting and KPMG Consulting , David is a graduate of UC San Diego, and earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.

Dee Weller
Deidric A. Weller

Senior Vice President

Mr. Weller is responsible for FDSI's marketing efforts throughout the United States. He has been with FDSI for 28 years, working in a variety of sales management positions. With over 34 years of experience in logistics, operations, and process-improvement his focus has resulted in FDSI's dramatic growth in all markets.

Prior to joining FDSI, Mr. Weller was a District Sales Manager with the Southern Pacific Railroad in Los Angeles.

His education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Chico State University, Chico, California.

Gary Galloway
Gary Galloway

President, FDSI, Health Care Division

Mr. Galloway oversees the marketing and sales direction of the FDSI Healthcare Division. With an extensive background in executive sales management for major domestic and international carriers, and as president of his own transportation management consulting firm, Mr. Galloway is an expert in the field of inbound supplier freight cost reduction programs.

At FDSI, Mr. Galloway has put in place "best of class" practices in many areas of the company's operations, customer service and information technology departments. With a focus upon best of class services geared toward our partners' needs, Mr. Galloway’s message is clear..“It's all about the client.

Mr. Galloway is based in Atlanta and travels extensively, always in front of the customer looking for new and innovative services that FDSI can offer it growing list of committed partner-clients.

Jonathan Kernya
Jonathan Kernya

Vice President of Sales, FDSI, Health Care Division

Mr. Kernya joined the FDSI team in 2008, and is the guiding force of the sales and marketing team with oversight for FDSI’s Healthcare Division field operations. Since joining FDSI, his hands-on experience in direct account management and day-to-day operations has enabled him to develop customized freight management solutions for the healthcare industry, driving an annual division growth rate of over 40%.

Jonathan also oversees our national accounts, including our GPO affiliations. With focus on client services, his team has maintained a remarkable client retention rate in a consistently evolving marketplace. Always looking to stay ahead of the curve, he is continually working to develop innovative solutions that prove the impact of freight savings programs and associated logistics upon the nation’s healthcare industry.

Mr. Kernya is a native to northeast Ohio and has a B.S. degree from Ohio University. Prior to joining FDSI, he served several years as an EMT-Paramedic for the city of Atlanta, providing him not only experience as a clinical end-user, but also in real-world healthcare operations at the ground level.

Craig MacClean

Senior Director of Information Technology

Craig is responsible for providing the vision and leadership for the development and execution of the information technology strategy and solutions for FDSI.

Craig holds a BA in Business Economics from University of California at Santa Barbara, where he was an innovator in the field of internet web design while acquiring cutting-edge skillsets as a multiple-language software developer. His wide-horizon purview as a developer and business analyst is driven by Craig’s conceptual and technical expertise in FDSI’s internal client, vendor, and carrier protocols from operational, financial, and freight industry perspectives. Craig is that rare professional who can speak to a team of FDSI programmers as they work on the next iteration of freight management software, and then just as effectively translate technical matters to end-user staff, carriers, and clients.
